Founder & Director
Having honed her skills through an extensive career in business, Tamara brings a wealth of experience into Justus Built’s operations, project management, and strategic planning. In her day to day, Tamara oversees the end-to-end development process ensuring every project is seamlessly executed and completed to the highest standard.
She has an expansive network of designers, architects and consultants, hand-picking the best team to work alongside Justus Built to deliver exceptional results. Tamara values the importance of relationships, which is why we keep our team, our work and our client relationships close to our hearts.

Alex Nguyen
Lead Project Manager
Alex has an extensive background in residential and commercial construction. His expertise and experience encompasses the entire construction spectrum, leading every aspect of the process from pre-construction design and development through to post-construction phases.
In his 26 year career, he has led the execution of notable landmarks such as Telopea Renewal Project, Sydney Desalination Plant, Jackson’s Landing Distillery Hill, Edgewood Development at Cabarita and Newington the Olympic Village.
